Export your data, or delete your workspace

A complete export is one click for owners and admins; owners can delete the workspace — immediately for free workspaces, after a 7-day grace period for paid ones.

  1. 1Export (owner or any product administrator): Settings → Data export → Prepare export. Within a few minutes you get an email with a 24-hour download link to a zip of JSON and CSV files for every dataset — findings, assets, configuration results, devices, detections, response actions, alerts, offenses, sources, rules, reports, questionnaire answers, tickets, team, settings and the audit trail. Credentials are never included; SIEM raw log events are excluded (use Logs → Export for targeted pulls). Each export is recorded in your audit trail.
  2. 2Delete (workspace owner only): Security Posture → Settings → Delete workspace. Type your company name to confirm. Free workspaces are deleted immediately. Paid and trial workspaces are scheduled 7 days out: a banner appears in every portal and the owner and all administrators are emailed; the owner can click Cancel deletion any time before the date.
  3. 3What deletion does: cancels active subscriptions (no refunds for the remaining period), removes all data across Security Posture, SIEM and Endpoint Protection, deletes documents, reports, tickets and API keys, removes managed-service-provider links, and removes every user's sign-in for the workspace — including the owner's. A written confirmation is emailed for your records.
  4. 4AWS Marketplace customers: cancel the subscription in AWS Marketplace first; the workspace deletion then follows the same grace period.

Tip: Run an export before deleting — there is no way to ask for data after deletion completes.
