Endpoints, seats, and what counts against your plan

An endpoint is a device with protection enabled — not a device with the agent installed.

1. 1Your plan includes a number of endpoints: Starter 5, Growth 15, Pro 35, Business 100, Enterprise custom.
2. 2Devices running the agent WITHOUT the protection toggle are free — they keep full posture management coverage.
3. 3The seat meter on Devices shows usage (e.g. '9 of 15 protected'). Enabling the N+1th device is refused with an upgrade prompt.
4. 4Free a seat any time by un-toggling a device; the seat is immediately available for another.
5. 5Users are unlimited on every plan — pricing counts protected endpoints, never people.
