Cybermatic Awareness: phishing simulation and training
Run simulated phishing against your real directory, auto-assign lessons to anyone who clicks, and produce completion evidence for insurers — $2/user/month.
- 1Awareness is a separate product in its own portal (the Awareness tab). It targets the people already in your directory (Microsoft 365, Entra, Okta, Google) — new hires enrolled automatically, leavers dropped — so there's nothing to upload.
- 2Turn it on: Awareness → Settings → choose seats and confirm on-page checkout (your card never leaves cybermatic.ai; 20% off applies automatically with a Posture plan). Then an Awareness admin accepts the simulation terms once — your recorded authorization to send simulated phishing to staff.
- 3Run a campaign: Campaigns → New campaign → pick a pretext (document share, IT reset, HR, delivery, invoice, calendar) → Generate with AI → preview/edit → Launch now, at a time, or staggered over hours. Optional credential-capture measures who would submit a password (the value is never stored).
- 4Training: anyone who clicks is auto-assigned the matching 3-minute lesson (emailed, shown on the reveal page, or both — your choice per campaign). Learners open lessons from a personal link with no login; completion and quiz scores are tracked under Training. You can also assign a baseline lesson to everyone.
- 5Evidence: Reports shows click/report rates, repeat clickers, and training completion; export a CSV or generate a program report for insurers and auditors. The same figures flow into your Insurance Readiness and Quarterly Security Review reports in the Posture portal.
- 6Roles: owners and Awareness admins run campaigns and accept terms; viewers see results only. Set the Awareness role per person in Users & Access.
Tip: Enable simulations and run one small campaign to yourself first (enroll your own address) to see the full flow — email, click, reveal, lesson, and the results update.
